We had a great time working with Olga, she was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. Setting up the date was easy as she was always quick to respond.
Olga made sure to incorporate our feedback and understand what we wanted from the photoshoot experience. When asked if there was anything we really wanted to get a shot of that day, we said the Icelandic horses, and she found the best spot where we took some great shots with horses at a farm. She really made the whole experience into a good time.
After the shoot was over, she was also very responsive and kept to her timeline for delivering photos, delivering a few preview shots very quickly and the full range of photos within the scheduled time. The quality of the photos was also very high, with a great range of different framing sizes and feelings in the pictures. Back in 2019 we were planning our destination wedding and started our search for photographers in Iceland. Admittedly we are quite particular with what we were looking for in terms of photography style and talent. Coming from a background of design/ branding and marketing you tend to notice ALL the small details. As soon as we discovered Olya's portfolio we were mesmerized and decided right then and there, we need her to capture our day!

Shooting outdoors means challenging conditions and lighting but Olya's work continues to impress. The true to life colouring and beautifully balanced black and white photos, stunning shooting locations and the ability to capture the beauty of her subjects as well as the scenery completely sold us on her work.

Leading up to our wedding day, Olya was extremely accommodating, helpful and understanding working with us as our 2020 wedding plans changed and had to get replanned a few times due to COVID. She mapped out the logistics and shooting locations for our two day adventure, helping us decide which spots to include (in Iceland this is a difficult task given the endless beauty there :) ).

We were so grateful Olya was ready to go on an adventure with us. We went to some remote areas, shot in the rain, wild wind, hiked and even climbed over a few ladders to get to the most magical landscapes. The days were long but so worth it. We enjoyed travelling with her for our 2 days.
We are completely obsessed with our final photos and will cherish them and our experience with Olya for a lifetime. Thank you Olya for the beauty you capture and bring to all those you work with.

When we first organised our wedding day for back in May 2020, we had already booked a photographer when Olya was recommended to us by Pink Iceland. However, when the dreaded Covid had forced us to rearrange for a third time to October 2021, the original photographer cancelled just 2 weeks before our flights... we immediately decided to contact Olya, and even from her initial reply we knew we should have picked her from the start! She was on vacation in Portugal at the time, and before she had even received her deposit she had rescheduled her return flight to be in Iceland for our wedding day - she immediately made us feel cared for and looked after, and we knew we were in the right hands! Even though she was on holiday, she made every effort to get to know us and our tastes and our style before the wedding day.

And on our special day (despite us being the most awkward and uncomfortable models on the planet), she chatted and joked and made us laugh and gently gave us direction so that we are currently in possession of the best photographs we could ever have asked for, and an absolutely stunning video to accompany it. One of the photographs, which Olya took of my whole family in front of the church just after she'd cracked a joke, made me cry, because it's so natural and beautiful and everybody looks so happy. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer to share our special day with us - it's daunting choosing a photographer from a list of internet profiles, but Olya was the best person we ever could have asked for, and her reviews attest to that. I just wish we'd have chosen her from the start!

We had the pleasure of having Olga photograph our fifteenth anniversary and vow ceremony in Iceland. We chose to have Olga do a two day package in East and South Iceland. Her communication throughout the planning process was great. Olga took the time to ask questions about our ideas and preferences for the shoot, and suggest some amazing locations for us.
When it came time to have our photos taken, the weather on the first day was cold, windy, and snowy. We ended up having to cancel one of our locations, but Olga knew of some alternative locations for us to photograph at. She went above and beyond to make sure we had plenty of beautiful photos in our gallery.

My husband and I cried happy tears when we saw our finished photos. Olga captured our love and connection in a heartfelt, genuine way. Her editing style is pure, and I love how the landscape in the photos looked exactly like it did in person. I'm also very self-concious when it comes to having my pictures taken, but Olga made me feel beautiful. Truth be told, I love the photos she took more than any other photographer we've hired before. Iceland is a country overflowing with natural landscapes and beauty so it was an easy choice when it came to our elopement destination. I did an EXTENSIVE search for an Icelandic photographer. Olga was amazing to work with. She was responsive and easy to communicate with from the very first e-mail, and was flexible in working with us as our wedding date in Iceland shifted due to paperwork requirements and availability. We did a half day package and thought it was a great value.
